Setting up escrow is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3

	The first step is for the Depositor and all Beneficiaries to create their own accounts on the web site. This step takes about 60 seconds and involves entering some basic information like name, address, company, telephone and choosing a password. The Tower48 web site will assign each party a "T48-" number. Beneficiaries will need to give this number to the Depositor so that their accounts can be linked to the Product(s) in escrow. 	Once the Depositor's account is established, the Depositor can, at any time create a Product which will hold files to be escrowed and begin uploading files.
	The Depositor then links Beneficiaries to the Product by entering the Beneficiary "T48-" number(s) and selecting the "Release Conditions" that will trigger the files to be released.
